• If you create an account on our website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.

• You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities, purchases, and transactions that occur under your account.

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless explicitly specified otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• We accept payments via secure credit/debit card processing and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. Product Availability & Accuracy

• We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

• All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

5. Return, Damage, and Refund Policy

To maintain our operational efficiency and protect the quality of our inventory, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns and transit damages:

• No Returns on Undamaged Goods: To ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene for all our customers, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if the product is delivered in good, fully functional, and undamaged condition. All sales of undamaged goods are final.

• Transit Damage Resolution: If a brand new item is delivered damaged, destroyed, or broken during transit:

  1. The customer must contact us immediately upon receipt of the item (within 24 hours of delivery).

  2. You must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the damage to our customer support team.

  3. Once verified, we will work with you immediately to solve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged components or shipping a replacement product. We are not liable for transit damages reported after this immediate 24-hour window.

6. Limitation of Liability

• BicycleUAE, our directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or any products purchased from us.

• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to practice safe riding habits. We strongly advise wearing appropriate safety gear (such as helmets and protective pads) when operating any bicycles or electric scooters purchased from our store.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of BicycleUAE and is protected by United Arab Emirates and international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.
