We proudly offer comprehensive delivery services across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our specialized logistics network services both major urban hubs and residential areas in:
Dubai
Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain)
Sharjah
Ajman
Ras Al Khaimah
Fujairah
Umm Al Quwain
We work diligently to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and UAE public holidays) once payment is authorized or your Cash on Delivery (COD) order is confirmed.
Standard Delivery Window: * Major Cities (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman): Delivered within 1 to 2 business days from the date of dispatch.
Other Emirates & Abu Dhabi: Delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
Remote Areas: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note: While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, extreme weather, or courier transit issues. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, physical dimensions of the products, and your specific delivery address.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, we support Cash on Delivery. A standard, nominal COD handling fee may be added to your order total at checkout to cover courier collection service costs.
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation message (via Email) containing your unique tracking link. You can easily monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time through the Order Tracking portal on our website.
To maintain our strict quality control standards, all shipments require a physical signature upon delivery.

Inspect Before Signing: Upon receiving your package, you must physically inspect the external packaging and the product inside for any signs of damage before the courier leaves.
Immediate Reporting of Transit Damage: In the rare event that your new item arrives damaged, broken, or destroyed during transit, please do not worry—we will resolve the issue. > * Action Required: You must refuse the delivery if the damage is severe, or contact our customer support team immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with clear photographic and video evidence of the damage so we can process an immediate replacement.
To ensure the absolute safety, hygiene, and pristine condition of our inventory for all our riders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if the product is delivered in perfect, fully functional, and undamaged working condition. All sales of undamaged products are considered final. We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review product specifications, sizing charts, and compatibility before placing an order.
